Our Guarantee

We share half of the risks for the first six (6) months should a plant fail to grow. We will replace the plant, one time, at half the original purchase price. The amount can be applied towards the purchase of a replacement (your choice) or we will put that amount on a gift certificate. NO CASH REFUNDS.

If a plant dies within the six (6) months of purchase, the dead plant must be brought in along with the sales receipt.

Alwerdt's nursery stock, planted by our landscapers, is guaranteed one time for twelve (12) months at 100% (including labor).

We Do Not Guarantee

Rhododendrons & Azaleas, Annuals, Perennials, Bulbs, House Plants or Tropicals, Vegetables, Groundcovers, or plants reduced in price or "on sale".

Guarantee will be void if plants are damaged by man, animals, insects, diseases, neglect, and Mother Nature (harsh winters, drought, wind, lightning, etc.)
